Jimmie Dean began his auction and real estate profession in 1983, upon graduation from the Reppert School of Auctioneering. He was married in 1984. He and his wife have two children.

Since 1983 he has conducted many successful auctions across Indiana as well as across the Country.

Jimmie Dean has held an Indiana real estate salesperson license since 1985. He received an Indiana Real Estate Broker license in 1988. He has been selling real estate both as a licensed real estate broker and at auction since 1988. Jimmie Dean has conducted the sale of residential homes, vacant land and commercial real estate in Indiana, Illinois as well as Kansas and Texas.

He has been very successful in the sale of real estate, fundraising as well as personal property such as business liquidations, business surplus, estates as well as farm and construction equipment. He has become a well-known name in the market when the word auction is mentioned. Jimmie Dean conducts an average of 50 to 75 auctions annually.

Jimmie Dean has been an Indiana licensed appraiser since 1996. That coupled with his experience and product knowledge has allowed him to complete hundreds of property appraisals including both real estate and personal property.

Phyllis along with her husband, Jimmie Dean, is co-owner of United Country Coffey Realtors & Auctioneers.

Phyllis Coffey has been involved with the company since the beginning in 1983. She started working full time with the company in 1996. Her duties include office manager, as well as real estate sales agent, marketing coordinator and auction cashier/clerk Phyllis has an extensive knowledge of real estate sales and listings as well as auction related marketing, accounting systems, computerized "Radio Transmitted" clerking/cashiering techniques and equipment, thus adding to the smooth, accurate and timely registration, checkout and seller reports that has become expected of a professional auction company.

Phyllis has her Real Estate license as well as taken many seminars with Jimmie Dean to further her knowledge and expertise in the Real Estate & Auction Industry.

Phyllis is a full time employee of United Country Coffey Realtors & Auctioneers overseeing the internal office needs as well as full time REALTOR and the onsite auction accounting including the time sensitive details for every auction.

Jimmie Dean and Phyllis Coffey were married in June 1984 and are the proud parents of two children (Christa Elyce Coffey born 1986 and James Cody Coffey born 1989). The whole family is active in the auction business and very active in the community (Church, School, 4-H as well as other social functions).

P.J. is a graduate of the renowned Reppert School of Auctioneering. He has been in the auction industry since 2007 when he started as a sale coordinator & bid assistant. PJ has coordinated hundreds of auctions handling all aspects of Real Estate and Personal Property Estate Auctions, Commercial Real Estate Auctions, Multi Parcel Land Auctions, Business Liquidations, Large Farm Auctions, and Benefit Auctions.

P.J. attended Indiana University where he met his wife Nicole. They now reside in Terre Haute, In. with their daughter Emma.

P.J. is also a licensed IHSAA basketball official since 2000 and loves traveling to all reaches of Indiana to referee the best high school basketball in the country.

David was raised in Rush and Bartholomew Counties in Indiana, and relocated to Monroe County in 1967 and then again in 2000. Having spent over twenty-five (25) years in the Agricultural Business, David has acquired a vast knowledge of farmland and farm equipment, in particular Livestock equipment.

He graduated from Bloomington High School, attended Indiana University and graduated from Auctioneering School in 1986 and he carries a current License with the State of Indiana to conduct Auctions. He is required to complete extensive CE class studies in order to keep this license active.

In 2001 David was recognized by the Governor of Indiana as a “Sagamore of the Wabash” for his work with the Veterans of WWII, Korean War and the Vietnam War and in raising over $500,000.00 for the World War Two Memorial located in Washington D.C.

In 2006 he completed all courses needed and passed all tests required by the State of Indiana to obtain a Real Estate Sales Person License and must complete all CE classes as required by the State to keep the license active.

In 2007 he completed the AARE courses and received the very prestigious designation of Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate which only 5% of the Auctioneers in the nation have obtained, as presented by the National Auctioneers Association.

David is married to Sally for 35 years. The Lord has blessed them with three children and also three grandchildren. They attend South Union Christian Church in Bloomington of which David serves on the Deacon Board.

David is specializing in farmland and recreation property, but welcomes all inquiries on any type of real estate. He will do whatever it takes to earn your business whether you are buying or are selling.
